Linzey is a strategic executive and attorney with specialized expertise in intellectual property, commercial real estate and financing transactions, entity creation and management, and private offering development and oversight. Her legal practice is well aligned with areas of expertise and focuses on business law, real estate, and intellectual property practice areas.
Linzey supports small and medium-sized business organizations from start-up to succession, assisting in every major business milestone from entity formation to development and mature state to disposition. Linzey is also skilled at drafting, negotiating, and closing real estate and financing transactions. In addition, Linzey provides intellectual property policy development, intellectual property oversight, and trademark and patent prosecution and litigation services to her clients.
Professional History
Prior to opening Erickson Law, P.C. d/b/a Accomplished Law Group, Linzey served as the President & Chief Legal Officer of a national investment sponsor, overseeing nearly $700 million in real estate assets. Linzey’s professional accomplishments also boast previous roles as VP, Assistant General Counsel at a national retail provider from 2016 – 2020 and an Attorney in the Intellectual Property group at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP from 2011 - 2016.
Linzey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota and a Juris Doctorate from Drake Law School, where she graduated with highest honors. Linzey is also registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office as a patent attorney. She lives in Fargo, ND with her family, where she enjoys traveling, exercising, and watching her children participate in their many extracurricular activities.
